Bring a finished idea or a rough one. Erica works out what the material will allow, then makes it.

Laser cutting

Puzzles, model kits, coasters, display stands, signage. Precision-cut from wood and acrylic, down to a fraction of a millimetre.

No blades, no moulds, no printing. A beam of light does the cutting and the engraving, which is why the detail holds. Open any piece to see it properly.

There is no checkout on this site on purpose. You talk to Erica, she quotes you, she makes it.

Bring the idea

A photo, a sketch, a file, or a sentence. Rough is fine. Most orders start as a rough one.

Erica quotes it

She tells you what the material allows, what it will cost and how long it takes. Then she makes it.

03

Collect or courier

Pick it up in Jeffreys Bay, or it ships anywhere in the country.

The maker

Erica does all of it.

Design, cutting, engraving, printing, packing. When you message FK Designs you are messaging the person who will actually make your piece, not a queue.

She has a soft spot for the requests other people turn down. If you have been told something can't be made, that is usually the point where this gets interesting.
